My story
I started this blog out of frustration, most content about Microsoft AI was either breathless press releases or marketing demos. Nobody was publishing honest, day-to-day accounts of what actually works in enterprise environments.
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Rapid Circle, I work hands-on with Microsoft 365 every day, from rolling out Intune and Defender for Endpoint to exploring how Copilot is reshaping the way people work. I decided to document the real experience.
